Cancellation Policy

Regular delivery items: From the time you place your order, you have 12 hours to cancel your order for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order is processed, and cancellation of the order is no longer possible. If you need to cancel your order after the 12-hour period, please refer to the returns and exchanges section below.

Expedited delivery items: From the time you place your order, you have until the item is shipped to cancel your order for a full refund. **This can be less than 12 hours. After your item is shipped, cancellation of the order is no longer possible. If you need to cancel your order after the item has been shipped, please refer to the returns and exchanges section below.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs will be based on the overall weight of your package. The shipping is calculated before you complete your order. Opearlbrands.com ships via USPS, standard or expedited shipping. Standard orders will ship USPS Priority Mail on business days, within 3-5 days of receipt of your order, unless otherwise marked as backordered or preordered.. Expedited orders will ship USPS Express within 1- 2 business days. If an item you ordered happens to be out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours. Opearlbrands.com sends all orders from its headquarters in Portland, Oregon, USA.

Return/Exchange Policy

Opearlbrands.com takes pride in offering only the highest quality merchandise. All merchandise purchases are final and not refundable. If there is broken and damaged merchandise, Opearlbrands.com will gladly to repair for you free of charge, or exchange the purchases for you. You pay the shipping to send the merchandise to us, we will take care of the shipping sending back to you. The online exchange policy is not applicable to purchases made at the boutiques that offer Opearlbrands products.

To return/exchange your item, please:

  1. Email us and let us know the problem, we will reply your email in 48 hours of your email sent to us.
  2. We will send you’re a form to fill with name and address and reasons of exchange or repair.
  3. Pack the merchandise in the appropriate packaging with the utmost care and attention.
  4. Please insure all items for a safe and successful delivery. Getting a tracking number is recommended.
  5. You will be notified by email once your exchange/repair has been processed.


You will receive another email with the new tracking number when your order ships.
